Personally, I would find a time when you can be alone with your friends and just say something simple, like "hey, (insert name here), I need to tell you that I'm bisexual and genderfluid" Or you can just be like "Sup I'm bi/genderfluid". The thing about coming out as bisexual is that saying "Hey I'm bisexual" doesn't roll off the tongue quite as well as "Hey I'm gay" Good luck coming out to your friends and I hope it goes well!
