Being Single

Heh, me. I've only been in one relationship, and it was with a guy whose personality I liked but I didn't find him attractive at all and didn't like him touching me. >.> So that, uh, didn't last. That was in junior year of high school so it's been 4 years now, haha.

 

single. I had a bf haha I broke up with him a year ago I wonder why lol. So single for a year now.

 

I'm single. I had a girlfriend who...turned up pregnant while I was dating her. Been single for about 7 months now. That whole incident kind of turned me off relationships for awhile, heh.

 

Very single, for obvious reasons. Only had one 'relationship', and she didn't really give a shit about me.

whoo boy, I have been single for 5 yrs now, and it sucks. Before I realized I was gay I tried to have a relationship with a girl, but it never worked out, I never was interested in her (or at least the way she wanted to, hehe) and she got mad at me and left.

I guess being single gets easier with time, but I still have those lonely nights that I wish I had someone to hold. I have been out (mostly) for about a year now, and so far haven't met another gay guy whom I am interested in.

Patience is the key, one day you will find the right someone for you, just like me someday.

I was single for several years after coming out. Yeah, it sucked sometimes, but I think it was for the best. Too many people fall into the "desperation trap", thinking "Any relationship is better than no relationship", and frankly, that ain't so.

I am single. I have been for a little over a month. I had a couple of relationships over the past 3 or 4 months. I think I want to be single for a little bit then see what happens. It sucks sometimes being single but I am not too sure if I am ready to go into another relationship right now.

I've been single for 23 years.

I'm 23.

I mean I went on a couple of dates last year.... I think... but I'm still single.

I find it strange that some people are in such a rush to get into relationships, and have sex, and then other people feel embarrassed that they haven't, and I'm older than a lot of people in both groups.

 

I've always been single. I've out for a few months now. I would like a boyfriend and did actually go on a date the other day. Thing is that I am happy with life and enjoy being alone, so it is going to take someone special for me to change that.

Life is not like HSM. Most people don't have serious relationships at 15. Or 16. Or 17.

Like many people here, my orientation likely slowed me down from having a relationship. I was 25 before I was in a really meaningful relationship with someone. 10 years older than what you are now.

So don't get yourself worked up into thinking you need to have a bf. Just be happy being you.
