I know I am a girl. I've been very afraid to come out to my parents. There relationship is very rocky and they have little in common, they don't even share religions. I want to come out to my mom but I don't know how or even if I should. My father is a massive no, I don't even want to imagine his reaction. Does anyone hav any advice or been through a similar situation? It feels terrible not being able to live as myself.

Depending on how old you are and if you still live whit her/them,
your should at least wait till things have calm down between your parents.
Coming out to family can add to more stress when there is already stress or negativity going on
and are not able to react rationally/calmly.

Is it possible you can go to a LGBT group where you in that time can be youself?
