    I'll post some of mine:
I'm now out to people who ask (assuming they're not threatening lol), classmates, dresswise (sometimes I feel like going androgynous/butch/femme->I play with stereotypes etc).

    Some reactions I've gotten are:
-intense stares (to which I smile at),
-guys suddenly not wanting to hang with me (is it because I'm a "threat" or they just want to hang with chicks who are into dudes?)
-some guys smirking and saying 'that's sexy' to which I frown and kinda snort at
-some people being friendly and asking me personal questions
-more girls openly flirting with me (sometimes)
-told to grow my hair long to look sexy for the dudes (the dude was a dink for saying that)

So I'm curious, what are reactions from classmates, friends or society that you've gotten?

    Girls have said:
"So you gave up on guys?"
"Are you telling me because you like me or something?"
"Was your last boyfriend really that bad?"
    "When/how did you first know?"
"Okay so when you're with a girl, how do you... um... you know..."
    "I so called that."
    "Do your parents know?"
    "Cool!"

    Guys have said:
    "That is SO HOT!"
    "I could fix that."
"Wow, that makes a lot of sense."
"Duh, I could've told you that."
"Cool. So who's the lucky girl?"
    "Really? Me too!"

    ...And my favorite one,
Guy: "What? No. I'm pretty sure you're bi."
Me: "Uh, no... I'm pretty sure I'm gay. I mean, it's not something I just decided, and it's taken me a long time to come to terms with, but I really don't like guys at all."
Guy: "Okay, I mean, you can say that if you want to, but you're definitely bi."

Oh god, i have one for the record books...

I was eating lunch at Wendys with two friends (girls). The only other guy in the Wendys was in his 30's and looked a mix of homeless/on drugs. He actually moved next to us and started asking us questions. He wanted a phone to text his girlfriend with, but then informed us it was not his girlfriend, who was a 6.3 tall butch firefighter, but actually his sweedish escort, who really really loves him for his athletic skills and he wonders if he should leave his girlfriend for her. You see, he lost the 300 dollar key to his sweedish escorts car and needed to buy a new one. Oh, and he asked us how to spell his middle name and asked us if we were having fun on our Christmas Break in late February.

ANYWAYS! So yea...He point blank asked me "Are you gay?" and when i instantly responded "yes" out of habit he started to congratulate me and told me he knew so because he used to play soccer and went to clubs. Then he decided to get up and demand a hug from me, and thinking i was going to be shived by this crack addict i said yes. Then we freaking RAN FOR THE FUCKING CAR and screamed for the next 15 minutes about how creepy and on drugs he was. But it was the first time i was outed by a stranger based on my looks and movement (i didnt say a thing to him until he asked me if i was gay)

Ugh, full of themselves much? >=/ That's frankly the one reaction I'm afraid of from my female friends, though. What do you say? "Um. No? I just... thought you should know? I guess?" Hrmph.

Maybe "I just told you so you'll stop talking to me about hot guys and expecting me to respond." Hmm!

I would've said, "Hey! I could totally punch you in the mouth!" I hate, hate it when guys are all "Oh, I could convert lesbians." (Or assume that you're really straight, and you're just telling them you're gay so they don't hit on you, that's fun.)

You know what, sir? You are more likely to make girls INTO lesbians with an attitude like that, than vice versa. >=|

    Man, what the hell?

But me, so far, I've gotten a range from - "Oh, I didn't know. Congratulations on coming out though!" to "... I KNEW IT." to "WHAT? That... that... That makes sense." to "Welcome to my world!" to "Yeah, we'd guessed. You perking up at every gay marriage story on the news was a bit of a tip off. And not dating boys, that too."

And wearing my wee rainbow bracelet has drawn some glances from former/current classmates of mine, but I don't think anyone cares. It's college, we're all art majors, c'mon. "Oh man, a gay art major? HOW UNUSUAL."

No bad reactions yet, though I have yet to tell my extended family. I don't know if I intend to, except maybe my dad's mom, but I figure at some point I'll end up sending out cheeky cards saying, "You're invited to my commitment ceremony because Texas won't pull its head out of its ass and give us a marriage license! We're registered at Target. =)" (Unless, of course, same-sex marriage is legal by then. Hey, I can dream!)

But some bartender saw my rainbow bracelet and asked me if I was a lesbian. I said yes, we had a discussion about rainbows, how awesome chicks are, and at some point I got a high-five. It was pretty awesome.

Mine so far have been good.

    I get alot of:
    -I never would have guessed!
-Really? You look and act really straight.
    -Cool!
    -No way!

That really sums it up. Lots of people tell me I look and act really straight and no one would have guessed it.

    Thus far, the most popular:

"Are your parents okay with it?"
    "Have you had sex?"
    "Do you have a boyfriend?"
    "When did you know?"
"Are you the 'boy' or 'girl' in the relationship?"

    "Thats cool..."
    "Your gay!?"
"Have you ever had a boyfriend?"
"What kind of guys do you like?"
"How did your family take it?"
    "Why didn't you tell us!?"
    "How long have you known?"

That's pretty much the reactions I got.
None were negative, all were cool with it.

I either get "Wait, what? Really?" or "Yeah, I thought so." Then the questions start.
    "Do you have a girlfriend?"
"How many girlfriends have you had?"
"How do two girls have sex?" (CONSTANTLY get this one. A lot of people don't seem to believe that there are things couples can do in bed that don't involve a penis.)
"Are you the guy or the girl?"
"Who do you think is hot?"
"Do you think*insert name of any girl in the vicinity here* is hot?"

"I thought you were gonna tell me you were moving out...phew" - My Mom

"Did you think I would be surprised? You know I'm bi, right?" - Co-worker (I've known her for three years and we're pretty close. I had no idea that she was bisexual lol)

"Good for you!" - Friend (*hug*)

"Oh my god - your mom is gonna kill you" - Best friend (obviously my mom was fine with it) :roflmao:

    From girls:

    - "Really?"
    - "Oh, that's cool."
    - (awkwardly) "Uh. Okay."
    - "Do you have a girlfriend?"
    - "Are you bi? Or, like, completely gay?"
    - "Well, I don't exactly agree with it, but that doesn't mean I won't still be your friend or anything!" (Not sure what to make of that....)
    - "Why? I mean, what makes you more interested in girls?"
    - "Do your parents know?"

    From guys:

    - "Aww, seriously?"
    - "So if I were to ask you out, you'd say no?"
    - "Oh wow, that's cool."
    - (jokingly) "Maybe once you get to know me better you'll change your mind."
    - "Really? Naw. No, seriously? You're not kidding? Seriously?"
    - "Hah. That's pretty hot."
    - "How can you know for sure? Have you ever TRIED getting laid by a dude?" (This one makes me angry.)
