Get in touch with the GSA's of surrounding towns (assuming there are some) and maybe have a big get together of GSA's at your school. Have food and it allows kids to meet other gay kids who live by. You could have a movie to watch as well and then your GSA's could share ideas with each other about what sort of things you can do.

Other things you could do would be:
    -Gay movie days.
-Sell things for funds (like candy/cookies)
-Day of Silence (but that's in may)

if you school is willing to do an experiment you can try one mine did once. It does however require a lot of work & attention and may have saddening results.
What you do is put up big posters that are mostly blank in the hall ways. At the top pose questions on them (different question on each poster). The questions should be "What would you do if..." and then you alternate things like "your sibling were gay" "if you were gay" "If your best friend came out to you" "If your parent came out to you" "if your bestfriend had HIV", etc. and then see what people respond on the posters. Obviously there has to be vigilance for people who would just write "FAG" but after you get a decent amount of responses look at them and decide what you GSA needs to do for your school. Maybe you need to provide more information about gay around the school or HIV or things like that.

    Gay-Straight Alliance.
It's a school club that helps promote the acceptance of LGBT people and allows them and straight allies to work on projects to help create a friendly & supportive environment for kids who are LGBT or questioning.

Hi there! It seems that you are looking for activities during the meeting?

You could have a discussion on a LGBT topic; you could watch episodes of an agreed upon series; or you could also invite guest speakers from around the community. You could also (for one of the meetings) ask members to bring something such as cookies....
