I know they don't love me back, but the captain on my cheerleading team. Ive never felt like this before. She's the nicest person i've ever met, and she actually makes me feel good about myself. I don't think i truly know what love is, but am i anywhere close to it?
Depends. Is she physically attractive or mentally attractive or a mix of both? What is it you 'love' about her? Do you know her sexuality (aka, is she available?) Just be careful not to have your heart broken if she doesn't reciprocate. Love and lust are also two separate things and you should be careful not to confuse the two. Have a great day Mini!
It's not easy to tell if your feelings are "close to love" because you love has a subjective meaning. It also is a subjective feeling.
