    For the last week or so I have been hearing "you are a women"in the back of my head I've tried to talk to my mental health worker about this but he just shrugged it of as I gave him details about growing up with this there were also time when I herd "get the knife" i just want to find out who I am between the brain and knot the legs:tears:

    Hi there! (*hug*)

    If you feel that your mental health worker isn't giving you the attention that you need or feel that he should provide you with greater insights, I think you should mention that to him. Has it happened before that when you mentioned things to him, that he shrugged them off?

    yes it has the worst part is that i came out to him he was the second on i told at the time he seemed ok with it
