Councilman's speech

It brought a tear to my eye.

I tried suicide aged 12 so it was quite close to home.

 

I'm crying and I'm only half way through it

 

This guy's got guts! Much admiration. Definitely a tear jerker.

 

I saw it last night on my phone at work. I had to hold back the tears.

 

It takes a lot to make me cry, but this definitely did it. I will keep this bookmarked for sure.

I was tearing up almost all the way through this video. I think that it's amazing that he is willing to give up what he worked so hard to achieve to tell his story and to give gay teens, or any teens or children some hope.

 

I'm a sympathetic crier. If someone cries, I tend to want to cry.

That part where he had to skip what he wrote broke out the waterworks in me.
It's people like him that renew my faith in the world. Thank you, Joel Burns.
