Well that can't be an easy question to answer, right? Let me ask you some questions. Why do you like chocolate? Or why do you dislike it? Or, why do you like Rock music instead of Pop, or vice-verse? That is the same for boys, why do you like boys? (Or, why do you dislike women?) Either you were born this way, or you were molded into what you are. Many people are gay since birth, other people can "turn" gay as a result of a sexual incident when very young or something similar (see Kayla from ANTM cycle 15). But regardless of the Why, just enjoy your life!
You can't choose the things you like and dislike. You didn't get to choose your favorite food, it just tastes like your favorite food and you really enjoy it so that's why you like it. You enjoy liking people of the same sex so that makes you gay!
IMO, it's the same reason why straight people are straight. No one really chooses to be who they are, they just are who they are. Nothing you can really do about it other than lie to yourself and everyone around you by being someone you're not. Having said that, I'm not actually "out" to people I know in person, but my point still stands lol
A question we've all asked at some point; more over, why me? Genetics? Gama rays? O-zone depletion....Television? We are what we are, the circumstances behind it will probably be a mystery forever, but its how you play the cards fate has dealt you that really matters. When you think about we’re an anomaly, I kind of like that
Because you were given the best give of all, the lack of detraction so your excellent mind is not distracted by women.
I wondered that for a while too, but in the end it doesn't really matter. I've learned that I have to accept the things I can not change - this being one of them. (Not that I'd want to change it - but it's one of those things that just is what it is.)
I ask all the time. I'm obcessed with finding out why. But I don't lose sleep over it anymore because I'm cool with being gay. Try figuring out why your happy to be gay
There is no credible evidence that anyone can "turn" gay. I'm working on a longwinded article on the issues surrounding sexual abuse and its effect on sexual preference and orientation, but in short, the credible studies show that abuse may cause confusion and questioning, but not any actual change in orientation.
