Hi guys Im writting this because I dont know what to talk about in my final exam of Oral expression I need a topic and talk about it 10 minutes (3 min of reading and 7 of improvisation) :S. Any ideas of what can I talk about? :O
I was all set to type "extremely excited and satisfied", but I guess I had the topic wrong. Hard to give a topic when I don't know much about you. You want it to be something that you're at least somewhat inherently interesting - if you get a topic you don't care about, it often shows through in your presentation. So think about what sorts of things get you interested, or excited, or riled up. Lex
Midleading title FTW. Anyway, what have you been learning about and what level are you at? If you are at a relatively low level then go for something simple and talk about where you live and what its like (what colour is your house, who you live with, what you like about living there, where you live near ect).
You could talk about eliminating money could allow the world to be a better place. or You talk about how much you hate babble. or You could talk about how schools are over glorified baby sitters or How society creates nothing but cry babies who are determined to get out any sort of responsibility what so ever. or How large corporations use market research to doop kids into buying a bunch of crap they don't really need to pad either bottom line. or How the cures seem to out number the dieases these days and how there seems to be a treatment for everything, but final cure, and how that only exisists so pharmaceutical companies can pad either bottom line. or How we will never have a cleaner Earth as long as oil tycoons are allowed to sit on their untouchable throwns built on the blood and death of the world they rape to fill their bank accounts. or How the working place creates a phony higharchy. where people's value, not to mention ego, is based purly on the amount of money they make not what they are actually worth. or How the rich and powerful are above the law, despite what the courts would have you believe. or How the government uses fear as a tool to get the citizens to agree to laws they don't truly understand, or take away the rights they worked so damn hard to get, then try to convince them that they have to do it to keep them safe. or you could talk about cheese
Or you could talk about how commercial Christmas has become. Talk about doing good for your fellow man...then show a clip of two parents fighting over the last tickle me Furbby...or whatever toy the kids have been brain washed into wanting this year.
