Hey can anyone recommend a good therapist or support group in Toronto?

I'm not really sure where to start. But I need to talk to someone.

I'm in Toronto, and I've been known to be helpful! :icon_bigg

While you're not a dad, there is a support group for gay men who are married with kids, and I don't think they'd toss you to the curb if you were to show up. It's the Gay Fathers of Toronto support group, and they meet a couple of times a month at The 519 Community Center on Church Street.

Does your employer have an 'employee assistance plan' or EAP? You could access a counsellor free of charge through that program which would give you the opportunity to talk to someone.

My counsellor was up in Newmarket, which is where I live, but that's not likely convenient for you. I really enjoyed working with him.

But to my first point - you can write to me if you'd like to talk to someone one on one.
