Hi, everyone! I joined EC in August but it seems I'm still having trouble making friends....I am a full member, but I don't really have time to use the chat a lot of the time. >< Any advice, besides dabbling in the forums a little more.......?
Since you can't use chat, the best advice I could give is to post things on other's walls. Just browse through a couple profiles, look through the person's "About Me" section and if you see something you have in common, you can discuss it.
Hey you can post on my wall anytime if you want to chat, serious or whatever I dont mind. Im sure noone would mind if you just popped up on their wall and said hi .
Stop by and say hello to a few or more then a few! EC has been a great way for a lot of us I'm sure to just meet people and be comfortable!
Yeah look through the forums and see if there's things you find in common with other members and befriend them here on EC. Also, try going in the chat when you do have the time. There's usually always someone in there. Even if you're only in for 20 minutes or something, it might help.
