Well, I'm out and I am not currently in a relationship. So you can be out but not ready to have a relationship with them. Being in the closet long term is a bad thing, but if you are still unsure of your sexuality then I would wait until you are more comfortable with that until you come out. The only reason that I say that is because some people will try to say that you are in a phase and try to talk you out of it. I hope that makes sense.... There's nothing wrong with being gay/bi. There's nothing wrong with being closeted, especially at your age.
