Do do some work I drank a couple of caffeine drinks and I drank them at about 11 ish(not in one go bout over an hour an not I cannot get to sleep. the time is now 5 o'clock in the morning, any help on drifting off. To let you know I drunk them because I need to do some work that need to to be complete for today and I finish it a 4 in the morning Also take it as a warning don't have 750 mls/ 1.3 uk pints/ 1.6 us pints worth of energy drink before you go to bed.
Don't try to force it. You'll just start freaking out about not getting any sleep. My insomnia cure? Housework. Seriously. Doing dishes or cleaning my room or something. Usually within fifteen minutes, I'm exhausted and ready for bed. And if it doesn't happen, I get my place clean. Lex

Its not really insomnia. Your body is just reacting to the caffeine. It is a stimulant meant to keep you awake. When your body metabolizes it you will be able to sleep.
