    My daughter was suppose to be home at 1... shes not home yet ((I'm eastern time))

    I'm freaking out

    When do I call the police on her father???

    She's 7 months old...

    My advocate said I had to wait until 30 min after he was suppose to return her.... its just hit that.... im calling now

    Police called me back he told them he thought he was supposed to have her until 4pm ((utter bullshit, he KNEW he was suppose to have her home at 1)) and that he would have her home soon.... so heres waiting more....

    Perhaps you can have some kind of written agreement which you both sign to say what time she is supposed to be home, so if it happens again you have some proof that he is in the wrong.
