can i technically be considered "out" at this point?

    Being really completely out, to me, means that everyone important knows, AND that it's okay with you no matter who else knows, and you don't do anything to hide it.

    ^Agreed. If you don't mind bringing it up in casual conversation then I'd call you out. If you and the people who know are still keeping it on the down low from just about everyone else, then you're out to the people who know, but not fully "out."

    I like to call it out on a need to know basis. I mean people don't start conversations with ppl they just met by saying "Hi, I'm G, nice to meet you. Oh by the way, I'm bi. How about you?" lol

    There are some people i'd still rather not know. My gossipy extended relatives for instance, or some of the religious clergy i've known for years.
