    How long should one date someone exclusively before making it official? I enjoy being single, but I hate sleeping alone at night :dry:

    Depends a bit on the people involved, for me once I had 2 or 3 dates with someone and was sure that I liked them and they felt the same and we both wanted to continue pursuing the relationship then I would make it official.
