Does anyone know how to get over an ex, that you still have a strong attraction for? I ended up breaking up with my ex because I was afraid of getting into a relationship. But now I really want him back and he is seeing someone else. I have told him everything so there is nothing he doesn't know. But I need to help letting go of him and stop beating myself up for what i did. Please help. I can't seem to let go I really love him a lot.:tears:
Only 3 things you can do to get over someone. Space - Distance yourself from him as to not see him as much as usual. Time - Won't exactly happen fast but it will happen. Someone else to focus on - Exactly what it says on the tin. Once you have someone else to focus on your focus on him will be drawn away.
distance only makes it worse. I know time will help and it sucks. I can't focus on someone else because i will not feel the same i do for him.
