Well. At the age of 14 I came out as bi and I considered myself bi. I told my friends though that I was gay because I didn't like the fact I would be questioned about it (I can be pretty darn gay). Anyway around.. 17ish I said I was bi and that was that though they all were like nah I'm gay. Around 19 I had a boyfriend and I decided I'll just identify as gay and have ever since (I'm 22). The thing is I am not really sexually attracted to girls, most of the time. I tend to avoid all straight porn and stuff like that, but some days I find myself very very attracted to women. Like today. Girl, short shorts HOT LEGS tube top and hot body. I was very attracted. I find myself looking at womens breast and ass and such, I mean at one point i pictured my life with a wife, kids, good job, and a man my wife approved of I could also have sex with... I know one big happy family! I'm like not sure if like I'm like a bisexual in denial saying he's gay. Or just a gay guy who seriously is turned on by women some days. I shut out women completely when it comes to dating and such ever since I had that boyfriend maybe I should open up? Frustrating! Something about the look of vagina just idk... makes me feel very uneasy though some days I can get aroused enough to masturbate to it, I just don't. Also I'm a virgin.
It's possible that you are physically (rather than sexually) attracted to women, but sexually attracted to men. Or, just slightly bisexual, but leaning more toward gay. And, if you can picture yourself with a wife and kids, you could be bi-romantic. If you're wondering if you're in denial, you're probably not in denial, just confused. By the way, what does you being a virgin have to do with anything? You don't have to have had sex to know what you want...I mean, it does help, but this is the kind of thing you can just know in your heart. Although, I do feel I must commend you for being a 22 year old male virgin. Most men don't have that kind of restraint and discipline.
Hey Birdsfly, I can see what you are saying. It happens to me too. Even though I had sex with a guy and a girl in the past (not at the same time lol), I feel pretty confused still. I am not a flamboyant type of guy, nor I consider myself to be gay... I consider myself bi, cause i think it's the best approach. I also have those days that I go for girls and others that i go for guys, but now I feel so overwhelmed on that, that I tend to avoid sexual encounters with either gender! it drives me crazy. if girls turn you on too, you're probably bi (not as if it matters). Just go with whatever feels right
I agree with you, I think women look great as well, but when it comes to thinking or having sex, I only think about guys. So think about what you want to do in that situation.
