Hate this feeling and I'm pretty good with just dealing with stuff but things just keep piling on top of one another and yeah... it's getting me down. Anyways I don't know why I've created this thread cuz all the stuff I've moaned about into my other threads I'm only gonna moan about again. Maybe I should just leave this for a while or forever or... argh I don't know :rolle::icon_sad::icon_sad::rolle:
If you have a lot of things bogging you down, it might help to write out a list or a journal entry. Doing so will allow you to organize your thoughts AND can prevent you from feeling overwhelmed by the amount of reasons you feel down. I'm sorry you feel down. I've had days like that where it takes me about a week to process something unfortunate before I can move on. My only other advice is to "focus on what you can do." Good luck!
