good question! you need at least 50 posts, helpful ones are good too, not just game playing but on several boards and threads. you also have to be onEC for a while, not just started. there is a place on here that lists all the criteria too! that is how i got it. then you can post better and go on chat.
First forum in the "Empty Closets Stuff" called "Regular Member to Full Member Upgrade Request". You fill out a form. There is much reasoning behind it, and I can't provide an exhaustive list: 0) EC has moral and legal requirements to make sure sexual predators and stealth violent hate criminals are not coming here. 1) You must prove you're a good fit for the community. That means preserving the safe space and making EC pleasant to be in. It's important to recognize that extremely depressed and even suicidal people sometimes post here. People also ask questions that they are embarrassed to ask. We want to be a space in which people feel they can do that.

yep! totally agree. and it is safe, fun on the games one, and you can make friends. it is helping me be able to slowly come out in real life, which is what is all about. or you may find out you are straight! haha!
