I guess this is me being in the closet, but I'm not sure..Whenever I masturbate, it is about 90% of the time to gay porn, and i imagine I am the one being acted on. I feel like, in sex, it would be better for me If I was a woman having sex with a man. Does that mean I may be transgender? I've never had the desire to dress like a woman, or anything of the sort like that, but I can easily imagine myself as I woman while I masturbate. Anyone have any advice?
First of all I must say I love your avatar of Trunks. He was always my favorite DBZ character. This is a tough question, and really something I've struggled with a lot. I used to pray to be a girl and get depressed about it when I was younger, but I went through stages. Eventually when I was 20 I started coming out as gay. That's when I decided to basically pass off the transgender stuff I used to experience as just being a part of being gay. Well, it didn't take long for me to realize there was still something wrong. I liked making more female friends because I was coming out, but I hated feeling like I wasn't one of them. I would ride on the bus and just look at the pretty girls come in and be depressed that I couldn't be like them. That's when I realized that the opposite was more likely true, I was probably attracted to guys because I want so badly to be a girl. Its actually made my true sexual orientation quite confusing to figure out. Take what you want from my personal story, but you are the only one who can say what you are. I don't see anything that you've written to imply that you are transgender. You sound like you are putting a lot of thought into the idea that you could be. I can't speak for everybody, but my own personal desire to be female makes no sense. Its not like I ever made a list of pros and cons and decided I wanted to be a girl. I just see girls and get jealous and depressed. I hope you find what you are looking for, and I hope I have been of some assistance =)
Wanting to be the receptive partner in sex does not make you transgender. In gay boy terms, it just makes you a bottom. (Or just means you have a preference for bottoming; it does not have to be an identity for you.) If you don't have any dysphoria about your body, or want to dress and present yourself as female, or want people to recognize you and treat you as female, then I think that you are not transgender. You are a gay dude who prefers the receptive role in sex. (MANY gay men share this preference, as I understand it. It's nothing out of the ordinary, for gay guys. My understanding is that receiving penetration is more popular than giving it, in terms of being a guy's "favorite." Of course, this is all second-hand knowledge for me...)
thanks Ianthe and J Snow. I think you are right Ianthe, just wanted to get somebodies advice. and J Snow, yeah trunks is my favorite too, FUTURE trunks, that is. not the young one, then teen Gohan would have to be a close second.
