Depends on how you think he would react to you telling him, and if you are ready to accept that reaction be it good or bad.
well i'm not sure cause he knows i'm bi i've told him but if i told him this well i'm nervous i really don't think i could lose his friendship if he reacted badly
You can let him know in a casual way that you would be interested, if he ever was. I don't think a big confession of undying love is a good idea, though.
