A few days ago, I heard of a new term, called Pansexual. I heard it means one can fall in love with any gender regardless if they are gay. However, I have also heard that bisexual could be similar to being pansexual. Is that even true?

I'm gay and I know that. I have no desire with a girl's whatevers, but I sometimes feel I "like" them(?), their personalities and characteristics, if that is possible.

I guess what I am trying to ask is, can a gay male still fall in love with a woman even so?

Pansexuality is defined, most simply, as gender blindness. It means gender isn't an issue at all. You aren't pansexual if you don't want to be with girls, but your ability to "crush" on them of sorts would make you biromantic. Thus, biromantic homosexual.
