M: "REALLY awesome, though I wish you where here!"

    B: "Me too ><"

    M: ":C"

B: "We have our whole lives to be together "

M: ";_; Yes. Yes we do "

B: " if that's what you wanted anyways"

    M: "Of course I do"

B: "Good because I've never even thought of this kinda thing until you came along xD"

    M: "D'Awwwwww"

*conversation changes to be about music*

So EC, this is where your advice is needed. Do normal couples say that too each other, or does my boyfriend have attachment issues? What should I say to him? Sorry if this is a completely stupid question.

No. We text a lot, but our dates are in person.

I personally don't think that's too big of an issue. He might just be super excited about his new boyfriend that he's head over heels.
It's cute, let it be unless he gets creepy or really obsessive.

If he's just saying it, I wouldn't worry. If he starts acting it out.. RUN.

Haha Ok. My main (silly) fear was that he was going to make a big deal about it on our date Monday.

    Okie! Thanks for your help!

Not to be negative, but honestly, people say a lot of things for the sake of saying it without really meaning it or keeping the promise they made. People say things in the spur of the moment because that's what sounded good or that's what they thought they should say, but in reality, words are just words. Only time will tell what'll actually happen.

My gay guy friend was dating this guy last year, and they were talking about their futures together, too. Talking about "forever," growing old together, saying they loved each other yada yada. In the end, his boyfriend hooked up with some other guy in a club and gave my friend gonorrhea...they broke up...

So just remember, actions speak louder than words. Don't worry about what your boyfriend says or does not say. It won't mean anything unless his words align with his actions.

    Ok. And let's hope I don't get any STI's/STD's.

Nothing specific, we're in high school. He enjoys cooking, biking, swimming, and gardening. :3 I do a lot of theater though.
