You Are Not Alone

I've read a few people come on this forum and say they feel alone in their sexuality and, while they have found this place, it still feels like they have no one to connect with.
So I thought I would start this thread.

Population stats of LGBT people average out at about 8% of a population.
If you make that a world average, that means, approximately, there are 564,743,097 million LGBT people on the planet(based on time of posting estimate pop. of 7,059,288,721 billion) - and as the population is constantly rising, that figure rises.

Another interesting number. If we assume that this 8% figure holds(and we have no reason to assume different) through the whole of human civilisation, then, with an approximate 107,602,707,791 billion people having lived on the planet in its entirety, 8,608,216,623 billion of those have been LGBT(whether knowingly or not).

So anyone who feels alone, just remember that number. If you feel that what you're going through, no one else can understand or appreciate, well, trust me, when you have that many people involved, no experience is wholly unique.
