Too passive

    Does anyone here have advice on how to be less passive when others berate you in public or a professional setting? I keep getting harped at by people at work for things I have nothing to do with and its getting old.

    If you're not on friendly terms with them then you could report it to your manager and say you're being harassed. Management will surely look into this and hopefully they will stop.
