I have really thick hair and was going to get it thinned out at the hairdressers. but Then when the bits that were taken out grow back, wont they come out through the rest of my hair and look really weird? thanks
I don't know if it would look weird. I doubt it, especially if you maintain your hair by getting it cut regularly. You could also try using a straightening shampoo/conditioner combo or a straightener.
I have thick hair too, and mine is really curly. I always get it thinned when i go to the hairdressers, and it doesn't make my hair go weird, although my hair is mid length and not short. I also straighten it sometimes, but it still looks alright curly
I have very thick hair. I tried to get it thinned once or twice, but with the length I tend to keep it (short) it just goes all frizzy on me. So I stopped getting it done. It may work better for you depending on how long you keep your hair.
You'll go bald in like 20 yrs, they would've invented something by then. My hair just doesn't do anything
I hate my thick hair. Its so curly and big that if I brush it, it turns into an affro. No joke. Try getting a lot of layers, all the way through your hair, then get it thinned. it works pretty well for me. that way instead of gettng insane hair you get voluminous hair. tis goodly googly fun.
sorry, I wouldn't know. I have really thin and manageable hair, and it's awesome. Do what I do? Shampoo and conditioner, but it's probably genetic.
Sucks. Don't they have some hair loss thing...I forgot what its called....it starts with P...Wait! Propecia thats it:icon_bigg
I have pretty much the thickest hair ever, and no, thinning scissors dont just pull bits out. im not sure how it works, but i get my hair cut every three weeks and before shes done my hairdresser always uses the thinning scissors.
