This might not be exactly what you mean, it you could Skype her. It's the next best thing to meeting in person. A far second but it really is nice.
I would write her a letter expressing your feelings. I think letters are very romanitc and meaningful. You could also for her something that you made yourself. That's what I would do. I'm so happy for you!
