well it depends on how your school's club systems work. for us, a form is filled out with pre-requisites and all. theres also a short presentation given to the ASB where they vote on whether to pass your club or not. im not sure if thats how all schools' sytems work so my advice would be to ask the principle of your school. good luck! =)
