This weekend I am meeting my girlfriends parents. We have been officially dating for over three months, but have been involved for around 6. It's getting serious and this sunday I will be meeting her parents. She has already met mine but I have severe social anxiety and cant stop worrying about this.I grew up in a .3% black community and she's black, I'm afraid I'm going to derp something up cause i know so little! I'm also her first girlfriend to bring home, and I'm not exactly "normal" with a septum and labret ring. Any advice? :help:
Just try and relax, I know its difficult but just remember to keep breathing. Just be nice and polite, im sure your girlfriend will look after you, but if you havent already then it might be worth discussing with her how nervous you are, that way she can keep an extra eye out for you.
