I think there's too much variation in the ways that people use body language, and body language can be easily misinterpreted. I would not look for a "key" to body language in an attempt to learn to read somebody, nor would I solely rely on body language to communicate my affections for somebody. The best way is to be direct and use words to tell how you're feeling.
