I have my first date with a guy next week and I need some pointers on how to make sure it goes amazingly! He is coming over to my house and we are watching some movies together. Any hints, tips, or tricks?

    OH MY GAWD! CONGRATS!

After you're out, you're on first date already!! :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

also, of course find what movies he haven't watch and any snacks he may have food allergy to or don't like or something... lol

(I am serious, I actually know a girl who's allergic to wheat or some form of carbohydrates I can't remember)

I would just say dont worry about it, relax, and have fun.

Some people take dating too seriously these days. You arent going in for a job interview. Lighten up. It really shouldnt be any different than hanging out with friends... accept attractive friends ; )

Ugh, I seriously had trouble sleeping for 2 nights after watching that and I LOVE horror movies. It is so creepy it sticks in your head. lol

Watch that if you want to get close to the guy if either of you are scared.

this is true, the guy i went with we went "just as friends" and I wanted to just wrap him up in the middle of the theater.

especially at the part where the projector keeps turning on. He kept throwing his sweater over his eyes.....uaisdhf;asdhgdfahg :bang::icon_redf

Sinister is a good suggestion. The paranormal activity movies are quite good too imo. The Woman in Black was pretty scary in the cinema, it's one of those movies that isn't creepy, but full of jumpy moments.

EDIT: The exorcism of Emily Rose is supposed to be pretty scary/creepy, I have the film but haven't actually watched it yet so I'm afraid I can't give my views of it.

    All the best.

^^That sounds amazing. Congrats on getting a date with a guy! I can only suggest that you relax and have fun, because that's sort of the point XD. Don't be afraid to make moves. Remember, the other guy is gay too, and he likes you! Just make it subtle and he'll want to go for more. And you can NEVER go wrong with horror movies, and "accidentally" grabbing his arm with a deathgrip.

^^I think that's a total myth, because even though being cold may make you more susceptible to diseases, getting "a" cold is caused by a virus.

Although, it's all the more reason to hold each other close for warmth.
