I'm still, for the most part, in the closet and I'd like to keep it that way. At the same time I'd really like to pursue a relationship with a guy. That being said, and I suppose this is very vague, how might someone in the closet approach such a thing?
I'm assuming we're just going to have to be patient and somewhat open to any possible. Not like my opinion matters much, LOL. I have the same problem.
I think you should focus on meeting new people. You don't have to go to LGBT specific events.Have you tried joining social groups? For example, if you like books you could join a book club or if you like plays you could volunteer with your local theatre/play house. If you're in college you can join a club or try to meet people in your classes. I'm in the closet as well and that's helped me
