:icon_redfok well i forgot about this tomarow i have to go camping with a boy scouts troup my dad signed me up for a long time ago. I really don't hate camping but i hate camping with the troup because of 2 things 1: i HATE when every one calls me: man,dude,bro,ect 2: we all have to share tents and i feel really akward sleeping in a tent with a guy The only person I don't feel akward with there isn't a scout and she thinks im wierd The reason i don't feel akward with her there is because she is a girl (well duh) well any advice will sufice
This really sucks - you shouldn't have to be in a Place you're not comfortable. I take it you feel like you. "have" to do this? I love scouting & camp
Well the BSA are officially against gays, but how are they on trans? o.0 I was in the scouts for awhile and never had to share a tent. I did bring my own, so that's probably why, but it's not a forgone conclusion.
yeah, ask if you can bring your own cool one "man" tent!!! you can set it up yourself and maybe earn some kind of badge too? I am sorry you hate camping, any reasons? I LOVE LOVE camping!!! I had to do it with girls, I was a scout too. They really suck, mean some of them. But I find my fun in it anyways.
