Sometimes I feel really sad, and I feel like talking to someone on the computer is easier than talking to someone in person. I remember hearing about the Trevor Project and It Gets better and all that, but then I also remember it's meant for LGBT youth.

I mean, I AM Gay, but my depression is not centered around LGBT problems. So I just wanted to know if there are any websites similar to the Trevor Project website that offer chat and such for depressed/suicidal youth/people.

Well, I do have to say that although your depression may not be centered around LGBT issues, resources that do deal with those things would still be really happy to help you regardless of the source of the problem.

That being said, I have found a few chat/forums that deal with depression overall... I don't personally use them but from my sources, seem to be reputable.
