Do you already know that person? Is it a friend or a stranger? You could send that person a message via FB or a text. That way you can think about what you want to say and won't start rambling about weird things out of nervousness
I assume we are talking about another woman, right, and you know she is gay, so she isn't going to do a back flip when you ask her. It really isn't much advise, but I think you need to just take a deep breath and go for it. What is the worst that could happen, she screams at you to leave her alone and you move on, right? :eusa_doh:
