Help for A friend

    ..so my friend isn't having a great time in life. she is cutting and always acts so happy but you can see her break sometimes, and I dunno why anyone else but me and some of our close friends don't notice, but i don't know what to do. i'm so confused and afraid for her.. :help:

    There's a lot if hotlines (Trevor, etc) if she's LGBTQ, and there's almost always some type of suicide prevention line. I'd find someone you can talk to - either call them or get the right help. Is a tough subject because sometimes, people don't want to listen. They don't think they need help.

    she goes to therapy, but i don't know much about that, the last time something was done, i didnt know her, but it made it worse

    yeah, but she always changes the subject. i'm really worried, its not just her wrists now either. every time we say we're worried about her she just gets really guiltly and does it more, because she thinks she derserves it or something for hurting us. i don't want to lose her trust, and the last time someone told she got worse. i'm scared.

    Could you ask her if she would go with you to talk to someone, so its not you telling someone but you helping her get help. It might be worth you talking to the school counsellor about it so that you have someone to talk to.
