So, I am thinking of re-naming myself, (for now just for use in internet-land but eventually I'll change it for real) and I've narrowed it down to three: Dylan, Foster, and Wallace.
I want a name that is somewhat gender-neutral but sounds more guyish.
The problem is that I love these three too much and I can't decide. I know that the choice is mine and all but I just want to know how they sound to you peeps and what you think of when you hear them and such.

I think Foster sounds the most gender neutral.

I definitely like Dylan the best. Foster and Wallace both sound more like last names to me.

Foster, while sounding a little more masculine than feminine, sounds the most gender neutral. I have never heard of a woman named Wallace, and Dylan sounds very much like a man's name to me.

Foster is super cool, and Dylan is a little more masculine. Foster is cool.

I say use them both like a first and last name,... Dylan Foster, or Foster Dylan

I write a guy every day who has buddys who might see my letters so being as I have a male name I find my middle name Christopher can go either way in it's short vertion Chris. Not that I am writing him love letters, just every day to help him through this ordeal. Pat goes either way too, but of the three you give I prefer Foster. June

Dylan is a good neutral name.
Foster is a bit different, I've never heard it as a first name so as far as I'm concerned, I think it is a clean slate name so it goes either way.
Wallace however sounds very male. Wallis is the way I've seen it spelt for females. (Side note, a character of mine is called Wallis :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:)

    I think Dylan
But yeah, your choice ultimately

Wallace is really neat. It can also be shortened into funky nick-names. Foster reminds me of the word foster-care, for some reason, but I am just weird, so that one is on me. Dylan I have heard a lot. I always like names I find more rare, for some reason. But I think Dylan sounds better than Foster.
