Recently I've got into this really bad habit of procrastinating. At first I would just put off doing chores or making a phone call, but now it's got more serious and I have started putting off things like going out and speaking to friends, it's really getting in the way of my life. It's making me really indecisive and a bit depressed, it makes me think that nothing is important and life is boring I want to know how to stop, but I don't know how to :bang:
