    It isn't bad unless it's interfering with your life. You have every right to be sad. However, there's a bright future out there! So just keep trying your best, and let it out when you have to!

    Well, what I mean is that if you are in bed at night thinking about it and you cry, that's one thing.

    But if you are sitting around, crying a lot about it, not doing what you should, obsessing over it...then that's when it becomes a problem. Does that make sense?

    oh no , im not obsessing over it....

    i'm fine throughout school but i can pretend im fine as soon as i walk into school...like i've practiced so much , its become automatic basically so when i come home , i just want to sleep and when i think about something or something triggers a memory , i start crying

    Well, that's kind of what I was getting at.

    Are you familiar with the five stages of greef?

    Denial --> Anger --> Bargaining --> Depression --> Acceptance.

    Have you kind of done something like this? or is it just been like this the whole time?

    I'm not too worried, but I think that if it gets worse or continues much after this, I'd get some help.

    You are young. You don't want to be wasting your life away being so sad.

    You're strong and I want you to be able to live a great life! :slight_smile:
