You cannot go by kissing if denial is in play. I had an ex who refused to kiss. He would do anything else imaginable but would not kiss. After he gt past his denial of being gay he has found excitement in kissing. If denial is in play things can appear askew. Stuck
If you are in denial about altered sexual preference "straight" behaviour beats down gay and makes you happy. In denial things are askew. Stuck
It doesn't sound like you had any chemistry with the guy, if you kissed him to just experience it then it probably feels more like trial and error... which doesn't sound attractive. :lol: Unless you really liked this guy? Details would help our perspective.
