Okay, so I like this guy and I want to get close enough to him that he will trust me. If you want the story, it should be under one of my more recent threads. I talked with one of my friends, and she said that I should try just having small talk with him and stuff. So basically I need to ask for his number and stuff, which may seem easy to you guys. But for me it's Like heart stopping panic, asking that kinda stuff. I usually get straight to the point, and just ask the question, HOWEVER, I know for a person in the closet that is a horrible idea. So I need to be closer to him. This is the same guy in like 99% of my threads. Long story short: HOW DO I MAKE SMALL TALK? Cause seriously I have no idea.
Try to bring up something in common up to talk about like if you know he has siblings and if you have siblings mention that, or if you both play a sport, or if you watch a show that he likes you can talk about that
What he said ^ If you know what shows he watches try and start watching them! I once made a friend freshman year just from talking about Southpark haha. And ya if y'all play sports together I can almost guarantee you will get to know him especially if you're good at the sport you are playing
