Alright, so, to be short as I need to try this in a limited time period: does anybody have any advice on how to tell my Mom I'm transgender? I can't take not being me anymore and need to tell her tonight but I don't know how to say it. Anybody have any advice?

Tell her that you've had feelings your whole life that you weren't sure how to explain to her. Feelings such as being in the wrong body and what your experiences were. Also back yourself up with facts, she'll be asking a lot of questions. I wouldn't pull the "I'm Trans*" card right off the bat. It might scare her. Let the conversation develop before you say that.
Be prepared for her to say you're going through a phase or that you're confused. She's going to need some time to process this.
