I am thinking of coming out to my friend soon, when ever we hang out and have a sleepover we end up talking about girls. (i know, really awkward for me) i feel like that would be the only time it would make sense to tell him. should i just say it, like "i need to tell you something...I'm gay" and just put that in the convo, or if he asks who i "like" should i just tell him the truth about the guy i like and go from there?
He's your friend. Just tell him. Tonight or tomorrow. Don't wait. If you haven't told anyone yet, go in your room, shut the door, and say out loud "I'm gay" Only 2 words -- but very powerful to acknowledge and be open about yourself. Good luck!
