I know ive posted about this a few times but I've been toying with the idea of coming out to one of my coworkers before I come out to my bosses.

The person in question has been with the company for fifteen years and even though she is not a manager she is well respected by the management team. She is very vocally accepting of everything under the sun and has spoken positively about trans men and women in the past. To be honest, I don't think she'd be that shocked when she finds out and I feel like it might be a good idea to have her support before I tell the managers.

    What are your thoughts?

Well, if you think she'll be supportive and that it will help...why not tell her? The help couldn't hurt could it? I mean you'll be making it public when you tell your manager anyways so why not back yourself? Best of luck BTW if you do!

From what I read here I would do it! She sounds like a good person to tell!
