Well hey again..new chick here. Well I came out in 2003 I was in highschool then just 11th gr. My closest friends knew before that but thats when i decided mom should know, never had a dad thank god.lol. I told a good amount of people at school and i was lucky enough not to get bashed too bad caue in jefferson city, mo. where i grad. high school at being gay wasnt too bad there were alot of us. I have always been a rocker kinda skater chick so i had contentment in my friends. My mom was kinda like "WHAT??" when i first told her, and she kinda didnt beleve me for a second, but i soon pursuaded her "yes mom, its real" Shes cool about it and so are the majority of my family. My mom and my bro clint really are the only family i hve that matter alot to me. so only there approval was needed thank god i got it. it was so scary, u know i read these pots about people comming out and getiing beat up or bashed physically and mentally horribly, i suppose i had it easy, i couldnt imagine getting my ass beat cause i was a lesbian. i see it all around me all the time.
