Mom. WOW.

AHH I typed this all out and then it deleted itself. So my mom's a lesbian, she lives with her partner, they both raised me so I call them both mom. I came out to my not-biological mom because she's just more easygoing.

Today I was at Hot Topic with some friends and I bought this shirt, and I brought it home and this was the conversation:

Mom: "We are everywhere"? That's kind of scary.
Me: It's gay pride.
Mom: Oh. Are you feeling gay today? (she was kidding)
Me: (all serious) Yes.
Mom: Gay as in happy?
Me: No.

The subject sort of dropped there, but I pulled her aside later and just told her I like people, rather than boys or girls specifically. And she said that was fine, that she would always love me, all the cliche stuff. I'm so relieved- even though she's gay, so she would have no problem with it, I was still shaking. Oh! And while I was in talking to her the second time, my sister walked in.

Me: Go away!
Her: Gosh. Sorr-y!
A few minutes later
Her: *walks back in*
Me: Go AWAY!
Her: I need to get something!
Me: We're having a private conversation!
Her: *hits me in the head with a Webkin*

That will make it memorable, at least.

Oh, and my non-biological mom told my other mom, so I guess I'm out now. YAY! Those were the big ones, now I'm just gonna be out to whoever asks. Everybody that matters knows now.

What I wouldn't give to have lesbian moms, it would make things so much easier...nice job, though. Hope the rest are just as easy.
