Well, I came out to my close family today, they took it really well. When I told them I immediately went upstairs because I felt like my heart was exploding. A few minutes later they came upstairs and calmly talked to me about it, they were extremely supportive and said they love me nonetheless, they even tried to give me a little advice! This all really relieved me, haven't been this happy in months (years). I want to thank all the awesome people here that gave me advice on coming out, you know who you are folks!
Coming out to family is often times the hardest part in coming out. It's awesome that your family supports and loves you, and that you are feeling a sense of relief. You took a big step! Well done!
Good for you! It's nice to have it all out there, isn't it? Over at my place, we don't really talk about it, but knowing that the loved ones know is such a relief. This is really a moment in your life to celebrate *hug*
