So, I actually come out to my mom today. But, she didn't really want to try to understand any of the stuff I was saying. So, she basically verbally beat me down till I conceded to just being confused. But, at least she knows I'm not only interested in boys, whether she thinks its permanent or not. Maybe she'll come around one day. Maybe she'll let me try to come out to my dad one day.
Congratulations! Not fair what your mother did though; looks like time will have to pass (that and when you bring your girlfriend home to meet the parents).
